Dr Berkowitz is a very knowledgeable doctor. He is very attentive to his patients and spends time with you explaining all of your treatment options. I would highly recommend him to my friends and family members.
Nice Doctor but Horrible Receptionist! RUDE, BRASH, DISMISSIVE & INCOMPETENT! Lied that clinic never received any emails from me when I have delivered receipt and attorney was cc'd. Lied that claim info was not available to the clinic when I sent it on 8/9/2022 & 8/11/2022. Accused me of sending to wrong email, Lied that no ins. Shelby called my phone to clear me for surgery. After 7 months of trauma and pain I’m not ok but I’m surviving a Shelby wen I told her I didn’t have transportation after my accident to go park slope told me that’s none of her concern or business and to figure it out. I told her not to call me. I don’t like Her attitude have someone else call she called my phone back to remind me that I got “the wrong one” then text me very disrespectfully that my surgery is now canceled. Good Dr but a 3 hour wait is too extreme!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! #RESPECTMYTIME
