The wait time is pretty decent. The staff is superb. They always answer your question. They always smile. I know I will be taken care of properly. I had surgery at their office and that was pleasant as well. They don't make you feel self-conscience. I haven't been to a dentist most of my life because i lacked the coverage. Always treated like family, and great being able to have everything done at one place.
Loved the doctors. Very easy for a check-up and cleaning. Only problem was that they would only clean half of my mouth. It took 5 minutes and now I have to come back and ruin my morning for just 5 more minutes! They blamed it on insurance but no one else with the same insurance has ever had this! I think they just want more money.
Congenial and elegant atmosphere. Excellent dental care. Courteous and such efficient, professional staff. This dental office really deserves its name: a Center for Dental excellence! Excellence indeed highly recommend.
Made an appointment to be seen at a certain time but was not seen till 30-40 minutes later. An appointment is an appointment. Also the front desk did not have change and made me run across the street to the pharmacy to get change. How is it the client's responsibility to get change when the office don't have change??
Very good and friendly service. Appointment was on time. Equipment is up to date.
