Extremely disappointed with the customer service!!This is now the second time my husband has been scheduled for a Saturday appointment, only to arrive and find the office closed. What makes this even more frustrating is that a confirmation text was sent the day before, and he confirmed yet no one was there. I’ve been coming here for about five months for Invisalign, cleanings, and the complimentary whitening, and I’ve had a great experience. I’ve been seeing Dr. Malhotra, and he’s been knowledgeable, thorough, and has made the Invisalign process easy and stress-free. It can be hard to find a great dentist in NYC, so I’m so glad I found this office. Everything has been going well, and I’m excited to see my final Invisalign results. Be prepared to have hundreds of calls and texts come to your phone asking you to “confirm your appointment” only to then find out the day of your appointment that you didn’t read the LAST text from YESTERDAY in enough detail and someone rescheduled you to a different time without actually speaking to you. This business is not for busy people / professionals with tough calendars. I will consider modifying this review if they remedy the situation but for now my trust in their ability to maintain a commitment to an appointment... read more
My husband and I took a long time to find a good dentist. We finally got to Zen Dentistry and Dr. Shorma. He is knowledgeable and patient. He treats you with respect and is very friendly. The staff are efficient and kind. It couldn’t be better!
I’m a bit confused on Zen Dentistry. My first visit here was exceptional. My second, not as much. The Dr who saw me was lovely but I didn’t get my teeth polished or flossed by the tech after seeing the Dr. I’ve never been to a teeth cleaning where they don’t brush and floss your teeth for you so that was a bit bizarre. Also, after my first visit, the front desk got me setup with teeth whitening. This time they didn’t mention this at all.
