I got my teeth cleaned and it was painless. The people are friendly and efficient. Dr. Malhotra answered all of my questions and is easy to talk to. Will return in 6 months
I usually do not write reviews, but I was compelled to do so given my recent experience at this office. I have been at this office for years (even prior to the acquisition by Zen Dentistry back in 2022) and always enjoyed the clinicians and staff. However, over the past several months, the quality of service has significantly eroded: 1. 2025- I recently had an emergency visit for my son at Zen Dentistry Union Square, and I was so impressed that I decided to make it my new primary dental office. From the moment we walked in, everyone was absolutely amazing and accommodating. I just had my first appointment, which included a cleaning, some fillings, and a restoration. Received a missed call, returned the call and left a voicemail for a call back due to unclear message left from Zen Dentistry. Never received a call back and got in contact after a second call. The Zen dentistry practice is awesome. Professionalism of the staff was superb. Dr. Gordon has the perfect demeanor for a nervous Nelly like myself. He was so patient with me. I would highly recommend this establishment.
