I have been with Yu Smile for over 4 years now, and I am very happy with their work. The staff are both warm and professional. Dr. Yu really knows what she is doing and I can tell from the way she works on my teeth that she has a lot of experiences. She checks in with me during the preedure and makes me feel very comfortable throughout the process. Over all, I am happy with the result! I called Yu Smile and got appointment the next day. Everyone was nice and friendly. The receptionists greeted me when I came in. The assistant was very patient doing the x-rays. Doctor was nice and explained everything to me. This was my first time here and felt very comfortable. Come check them out.
I used to loved this place, Dr. Yu is nice that’s why my whole family stayed with them for five years. But sadly, need to look for a new place. I don’t like their system anymore, they used to be transparent before but not anymore.
I think we can all agree finding medical professionals that you are comfortable with is key. I personally look for quality of personality to match the quality of care. This is 100% the case with Yu Smile. I actually look farward to my visits and feel completely at ease. This is saying a lot as I am not the easiest of patients.
