I had my first appointment at Worcester Dental Care, and I had a great experience. Kristina, the dental assistant, was incredibly kind, helpful, and made me feel comfortable throughout the visit. Dr. Soot was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to thoroughly evaluate my dental health. Before making a diagnosis, they took a complete set of X-rays of all my teeth instead of focusing only on the issue I originally came in for. Look at this picture and you tell me that I’m wrong you can tell what they did and where they worked at , I never had any type pain or uncomfort until I came here with my teeth. IMPORTANT: Grace Family Dental saved the tooth these people said was unsavable! It just needed a filling. Stay away! Dr. Sood at WDC said I need my tooth either pulled or a root canal which she stated lacked the expertise to perform and so referred me to their affiliate, Marlborough Endontics which is a nearly half hour drive from my house. I have really bad dentist anxiety, so I usually dread appointments, but this place honestly changed that for me. Dr. Sood was so calm, patient, and understanding the whole time. She didn’t rush anything and made me feel comfortable in a way I’m not used to at the dentist. She’s also incredibly skilled, which made me feel even more at ease.
