after contacting several dental companies for an appointment bc I have an infection. Those companies didnt have appointments for a week or so. Well I walked in to Worcester Dental Care an asked if they accepted my insurance in a matter of minutes Michelle gave me an appointment for the next day!!!! She was great!! She checked when I last got my dentures and provided me with dates of denture service. I hope that my future experiences are as wonderful as my first. IMPORTANT: Grace Family Dental saved the tooth these people said was unsavable! It just needed a filling. Stay away! Dr. Sood at WDC said I need my tooth either pulled or a root canal which she stated lacked the expertise to perform and so referred me to their affiliate, Marlborough Endontics which is a nearly half hour drive from my house. Christina was amazing gentle, respectful and made me feel comfortable. The doctor anabel is always so friendly since the first day I met her and she always does an amazing job taking care of my teeth and always ontop of everything. Thank you
The staff is overall kind and happy to help. I was able to book an appointment painlessly and be seen quickly as a new patient. Christina was great at checking in during each visit and welcoming me. Dr. Anabel is knowledgable, warm and patient with explaining everything thoroughly. She is the best dentist I have seen.
The first time I had an appointment I had a bad abscess, the staff was great. They took me right into the room, and I felt very comfortable. I have never felt this with any other Dental staff, I’ve been a patient since that time. I am having a partial done now and had a cleaning today. I recommend this office, They are friendly and knowledgeable
