This was my first visit and I was working with a deadline to have procedures done before a certain date for FSA reimbursement. At 68 I've had a lot of people in my mouth! Jen the hygienist displayed gentle but effective care. She took extra time to insure my comfort, while also sharing educational information. My husband and I have been seeing our dentist for 24 years in VA. Since moving to Woodsboro four years ago, we finally felt like it was time to find a dentist closer than a 2 1/2 hour drive one way (even though we loved our VA dentist). Dr. Little and staff are just professional detailed and care about their patients. I highly recommend her and Woodsboro Dental. My friend referred me to Dr. Little and I am grateful for her expertise.
After discussing their new policy on my insurance, I realized everything will work out fine. Woodsboro Dental has made it easy to use my insurance even though it is out of network. They do all of the submitting for the claim and all I have to do is deposit the check from the insurance company when I receive it!!! Also I was there for a cleaning and Krista did a wonderful job and was a real pleasure!!!
Michelle, Dr. Little and Judy were amazing. I had not been to the dentist in a very long time. All the staff made me feel very comfortable and welcome. Even offering me a hug to help with anxiety. They always made sure I was ok and comfortable during each procedure. I highly recommend this office and staff. They are phenomenal!!
