The X-ray technician was great, and the front desk guy was friendly. However, after taking my X-rays, they tried to upsell me, quoting $2000 for work that would cost about $500 elsewhere. Without exaggeration, this was the worst experience I've had with a dentist. They were extremely unreliable; my dental crown took 3 months to be ready. Additionally, there was no customer care for their mismanagement and lack of coordination. Every time I took time off work to go there, the crown either had issues or was ordered incorrectly for various reasons! After going round the town in search of a good dentist for my tooth extraction I discovered Dr. Mahsa Samouhi at White Smile Dental Group to be the BEST dentist ever in all respects. I cannot write enough praises for her because she made the job easy and painless. Great dentist indeed!
Absolutely terrible. Took time off work on a Monday for an appointment scheduled well in advance, and ended up waiting around for an hour with other patients (who also had appointments) for the dentist to show up. The dental assistants were disorganized and confused as to where the dentist might be. He finally shows up over an hour late to his own practice with zero explanation as to why he has wasted everyone’s time. My time is valuable.
