At the end of 2023, I decided to make small changes in my life, in hopes that those small changes would add up to healthy habits in my life. I felt stuck. To say this was a first in my life experience would be an understatement statement. 9 years ago I went to Westchester Hypnosis to stop smoking. Bob changed my life that day. I have never looked back. It ended a battle with cigarettes I had tried to win for many, many years. Bob truly cares for his clients and is a wonderful support. That appointment on 03/10/2015 is hands down the best investment I have ever made in my health. Follow Up Review: Thank You Bob! It’s been almost 6 months since I worked with Bob, we started in December of 2022. I remember Bob saying that things wouldn’t happen over night and that eventually things would click. He was right!
