Staff was friendly is the only positive. I had 2 appointments here, and both times were for fillings And both times I was left injured and unable to eat because a dentist cut the inside of my mouth. The 2nd appointment, the dentist slipped off the tooth and drilled a hole into my tongue and I haven't been able to eat without it bleeding, it shot blood and bled everywhere during the appointment. I was recommended to Wahiawa Family Dental Care since I’m new to the island. They were able to accommodate my whole family (2 adults and 3 children)in one visit. Everyone was friendly and professional. Ray did my teeth cleaning and he was so gentle, patient, and nonjudgmental. I hate the dentist and he made me feel at ease explaining what he was doing every step of the way and making me feel very comfortable. I definitely recommend everyone to come here.
I had such a great experience with the dental hygienist Eric! He was so patient and understanding of all of my concerns, pains and problems. He took the time to give me education on how to better take care of my teeth and gums. He explained to me the difference between plaque and tarter and how it’s affecting my gums. He made me feel very comfortable as a patient and made me understand everything that was happening.
