I was recommended to Wahiawa Family Dental Care since I’m new to the island. They were able to accommodate my whole family (2 adults and 3 children)in one visit. Everyone was friendly and professional. Ray did my teeth cleaning and he was so gentle, patient, and nonjudgmental. I hate the dentist and he made me feel at ease explaining what he was doing every step of the way and making me feel very comfortable. I definitely recommend everyone to come here.
I had such a great experience with the dental hygienist Eric! He was so patient and understanding of all of my concerns, pains and problems. He took the time to give me education on how to better take care of my teeth and gums. He explained to me the difference between plaque and tarter and how it’s affecting my gums. I HIGHLY recommend! If you’re looking for a dentist to take your kids or yourself go to Wahiawa family dental! They were so patient with my 2 year old who was crying. They were able to calm her down and made her feel comfortable! We got into the car and she wanted to go back!! I’m so happy she will be excited next time we go! The staff were so sweet, especially at the front desk! All around amazing experience! We are a military fam so we will only be here for a few years but we will definitely continue to come back here!
I had a problem with one of my teeth. The ladies got me in real quick. Mahalo I was seen by Dr O and Maddie. They took care of my problem that same day. Day of and moving forward I had no problems. No sensitivity here.
I used to be terrified of the dentist, but finally in my 30s I found one that is gentle and caring. Everyone on their staff is so kind and friendly, but Ray and Dr. Jerry especially are gems. Both walk you through and explain everything step by step, whether it's a routine cleaning or a more painful procedure. I look forward to visiting them every 6 months.
