I chose Vista Family Dental because of the reviews - yet will continue going back because of the staff. Such an amazing experience every time I go. They are so kind and professional - warm welcome and great at what they do. Incredible staff. So grateful I am for finding this place! Thank you!!
Excellent atmosphere, affordable and competitive prices. Staff is so happy and uplifting, they really make you feel comfortable and treat you like family! Very unprofessional experience. I called today as a potential new patient, and the first question I was asked was if I had dental insurance. I started to explain that I believed I had medical, but also have separate dental insurance through my employer. The moment I mentioned “medical,” they hung up on me before I could finish. Extremely rude and dismissive, definitely not how a dental office should treat someone seeking care.
After a prolonged absence it was good to be back and see some familiar faces. I cannot say enough positive things about the staff at Vista Family Dental. Everyone is very friendly and truly cares about your dental needs. It’s everything you expect from a great dental office. The front desk that greats you with a smile, a dentist that takes time to explain things, and a dental hygienist that treats you with care. Definitely a 5 star operation.
I had a filling fall out last night and was in a lot of pain when I woke up. Vista family dental got me in right away and had a wonderful first time patient deal. The office was clean and the workers were super friendly and kind. I was really scared/anxious but they made me feel comfortable in an uncomfortable situation. The dentist made sure I was in no pain the entire time, and the hygienist educated me on gums and teeth and even helped give me direction on my 1 year old and introducing her to the dentist.
