Great Experience!! Fast turnaround!! I lost a pair of glasses before my planned vacation, so I walked in on a Friday morning without any appointment and the owner himself took time to show me new frames and said he could have them reset in the new frames and he would cover the cost of the lenses since I was paying out of pocket, not only was the customer service amazing but they had them ready within 3 hours!! I’ve been coming here for years for my glasses and eye exams. Friendly and reliable. Everything from the detailed exam, the wide selection of glasses to the delivery and follow on support is top notch. I highly recommend checking them out for your eye wear needs.
I called the Copiague location on 3/7 to see if they did glasses for small children. My son is 2. The woman I spoke with that afternoon (unsure of her name) stated that they did. I asked if Vison World accepted Fidelis Care as insurance and she stated that they did and that I would have $100 towards frames. I asked to make an appointment to bring my son in and she advised that we did not need an appointment.
