I have been to this store several times for exams and new bifocals. Recently I need to replace a frame that an arm came off and could not be repaired. I had a voucher from Davis Optical to select a new frame and have my lens inserted. The man who helped me was able to take care of this promptly . Have have my new frames and left the store very happy.
Poor service and rude. Go to Lindy Eyecare where they treat you with respect and courteous. Assuming I spoke to an ill mannered man named Eugene over the phone and will never recommened this place. 0 stars. This review was based on my experiance with you and your business. Does not say review has to be in person. Your poor phone etiquette reflects on your business sir, and if you don't want poor reviews, improve your customer service skills. Great Experience!! Fast turnaround!! I lost a pair of glasses before my planned vacation, so I walked in on a Friday morning without any appointment and the owner himself took time to show me new frames and said he could have them reset in the new frames and he would cover the cost of the lenses since I was paying out of pocket, not only was the customer service amazing but they had them ready within 3 hours!! They were able to get me in and out with my new prescription glasses the same day, which was incredibly convenient.
