I broke one of my nose pads while eating lunch at the diner down the road. I stopped in and asked if it was repairable. The girl working said “if I have the part” because it was a Ray Ban frame. I told her before she started that I did not have cash only a credit card and she said “it’s okay. I won’t charge you for this” She then spent 10-15 minutes doing the repair and gave them back to me good as new. So appreciative. Love the small town thoughtfulness of this visit. Staff was polite enough. I gave it one star because when I went to pick up my glasses the lady wiped the glasses with a dry paper towel before giving them to me. I did not appreciate this as paper towels can scratch your lens, I did receive an eye glass case it did not contain a microfiber lens cleaner. Misuse of paper towel and no microfiber lens cleaner- very cheesy. I will NOT go back to this place for future glasses. Clean facility, decent variety of glasses/frames & expert staff. Dr. Hertzberg was full of knowledge & quite humorous. He made my exam a fun learning experience. Cindy & husband ran the Vision Center operations. They were genuine while giving me guidance & options. I felt very comfortable with the staff here & am looking forward to wearing the glasses we ordered today. Thanks!

Nastiest staff you’ll ever meet. They don’t explain bills, charge you for things without telling you then make things difficult after the fact. The owners should have never let the ORIGINAL staff go because all the new staff are disgusting towards customers. I’ve gone to this location since I was a kid but I’m tired of dealing with the disrespect. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Also all the frames are ridiculously overpriced you can buy the same frames through the designers for hundreds of dollars cheaper.
