I had a great experience at this eye clinic. The doctor was extremely kind, patient, and took the time to explain every step of the exam. I never felt rushed, and she answered all of my questions thoroughly. This was my first time getting an eye exam / getting glasses so I had plenty of questions. The staff were also very welcoming and helpful, making the whole visit smooth and comfortable. I highly recommend coming to this clinic!

I bought frames just under three weeks ago, and they broke. They claimed they don’t have a warranty. They’re brand new and they break bad quality. Be cautious when buying anything from this store.

Extremely disappointed with the service at this location. I called to cancel my daughter’s appointment because she had a fever, and the receptionist was incredibly rude and dismissive. I greeted her politely with a “Hello,” but instead of any kind of courtesy back, I got a cold, “Can I help you?”—in a questioning and unfriendly tone. Completely unprofessional and lacking basic customer service. I do not recommend this place. If you’re looking for respectful, quality care, Massapequa Optometric is way better in every way.
