Had a wonderful experience here at vision world. Everyone was very nice and helpful. The doctor was great answered all my questions was very professional. Overall pleasant experience.
It was my 3rd eyeglasses and the lady assisting me before Rosa I don’t have problem. But my 3rd I told them everything I wasn’t except the anti fog which I called the following day and told I want anti fog and the fat short guy said I need to pay additional it was more than a hundred. I said I was willing to pay. When I pick up my eyeglass the employee told me that there’s no anti foggy that applied to the lenses it’s just a wipes. I had a pleasure to deal with Maria. She was very professional, kind, and effective. It took no less than 20 minutes for me to choose the frames and for her to make sure my insurance paperwork is ok. Maria went out of her way to accommodate my very complicated prescription, and the way I wear glasses a little bit lower on the nose, she messured everything perfectly. Completely unprofessional service. The manager Rosa is completely disrespectful, rude and arrogant. My daughter had a 10 am appointment on a Rainy day. The office was closed. My daughter waited there for over 30 minutes and then left. I called the office at 12:30 pm spoke with Rosa and expressed my frustration about my daughter waiting over 30 minutes for an appointment. Just had the most thorough eye exam and best experience. Not my first time to Vision World of Farmingdale. I read some of the reviews, wow how wrong they are. This is by far the best vision center I have been to. The staff is super friendly and very knowledgeable. They assisted me in picking up the perfect pair of glasses. I highly recommend this location and come with a smile, your glasses will look better that way.
