Paid a little bit out of pocket to come here, and they billed the rest to Tricare. Overall, the only good dental experience I’ve had since being here. They didn’t give me a hard time about my teeth, and worked with me. They educated me in a way that most dental offices don’t know how to do.. which is with kindness and compassion. They actually took the time to explain things to me, and every staff member I encountered was great. Everybody is really nice and hospitable. Mr.Harris is always so friendly and welcoming. I’ve always been so nervous going to the dentist, but until now I have no problem going because he definitely treats you with such care. He is so down to earth and empathetic. I just love him. Awesome staff. Everybody is always so bubbly and happy when I go. I’m so thankful to find a dentist that really cares. 10/10 recommend
My first visit was great. The team carefully assessed my concerns and came up with a good plan to fix the issues. This will definitely be my dentist office for the foreseeable future. My second visit was very satisfying. I had my cleaning and x-rays done by a skilled technician and the dentist reviewed the x-rays and formed a plan of care.
The minute you enter the building it is a very professional, friendly and welcoming sense. The entire staff is very customer focused and goes above to not only serve but truly understand the needs of each patient at the individual level. I have experienced the patient care of both Dr.Vinson and Dr. Harris and it is exceptional. They take the time to explain to the patient what is observed, course of action needed and ultimately allowing the patient to make the best choice for them. Dr. Harris did a crown for me. I had previously had two crowns that had been problematic and painful. He listened to my concerns and reassured me all would be well. His Dental assistant was caring and very understanding! Such a great experience!! No problems! Excellent service! The office staff are welcoming and helpful.
