I had an unexpected dental issue and needed prompt attention. Dr. Okonmah was very highly recommended and graciously saw me on very short notice and provided exceptional care. She was professional, skilled, and thorough, and the results were excellent. The staff was welcoming, friendly and efficient, making the entire experience stress free from start to finish. I normally take my kids to this location and have never had a problem until today. The receptionist was very rude, snarky, condescending and unprofessional in handling my call. She kept cutting me off while I was still conversing and put me on hold without letting me know. She had an attitude because I kept telling her the door says different times of operation. The doctor is fantastic. I’ve been seeing her for two years and have had a wonderful experiences. I highly recommend her.
The first few visits to this dentist office was no problem. Even though they are kind of pricey i had to save up to get the dental work I needed. Apparently they have a new receptionist that was clueless. I call to make an appointment before I left out of town; the receptionist kept putting me on hold. She said the Salisbury location was being renovated and I said going to the Concord location was no problem. Before she was to make an appointment she said the Dentist wanted to talk to me.
