I normally take my kids to this location and have never had a problem until today. The receptionist was very rude, snarky, condescending and unprofessional in handling my call. She kept cutting me off while I was still conversing and put me on hold without letting me know. She had an attitude because I kept telling her the door says different times of operation. The first few visits to this dentist office was no problem. Even though they are kind of pricey i had to save up to get the dental work I needed. Apparently they have a new receptionist that was clueless. I call to make an appointment before I left out of town; the receptionist kept putting me on hold. Went in for a bad toothache and it turned out to be an abcess. The dentist did a few fill ins and long story short, I ended up in the hospital for 11 days and had a horrible infection which almost cost my life. They were not sympathetic and there isn’t anyone above her that I could file a complaint with because the dentist, she is the owner of the business. I will be filing a malpractice claim. Do not recommend going here.

I came in here as a new patient and I have to say that the staff is absolutely amazing. They were caring and patient with any questions and concerns that I had. Not only do they care for you as a patient, but for your well-being as well. I usually never leave reviews, but this place deserves it. I 100% recommend this place if you’re looking for a new dentist.

They’re nice, always get me in as quickly as possible. I literally shake in the chair and she does a good job making sure I’m pretty numb. Had to go back a couple of times for little issues and they fix them quickly but still hate to have go back.
