The hygienist that did my teeth cleaning was AWESOME! I wanted her to do the cleaning to my wife and son too, but she was not in the office the day they had their appointment. Doctor Van, is very knowledgeable and nice. Everybody is nice in this place. I highly recommend it. If you’re looking for good customer care/service, Ventura Dental is the place.
The office is beautiful, very clean and pleasant atmosphere. All of the receptionists are very pleasant. The assistant Christopher is amazing, kind, gentle and explains what he is doing. Dr. Van is the same very thorough, soft spoken and talks you through all the procedures. I highly recommend Ventura Dental. My experience was great.
I'm very happy to be getting my dental care here 😊 after years of not going to a dentist due to fear. the whole staff & Dr. Van is super welcoming and the care is great. My first visit they gave me an exam and gave me a care plan which was thoroughly explained to me. I had my second visit today for fillings and everything went smooth and quick. Amazing office very clean and friendly, They were really professional and the staff treat me so well, specially the one up front , I’ve didn’t catch her name, but she helped me over the phone the first time and then at the office (black and pinkish hair)She was very sweet and helpful and very warm. Two other people at the same office weren’t that Nice but overall my experience was amazing
Great place to get dental work done, the staff are all very friendly especially Christopher and Dr. Van. The office is well taken care of and they are very professional. I got a few fillings done and my clear aligners from here all in a timely manner, I highly recommend Ventura Dental.
