I had such a wonderful experience at this office! Everyone was so kind and welcoming from the moment I walked in. The receptionist, Judy, was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful, she immediately made me feel comfortable. Dr. Krause, and Carol her assistant were all so caring and compassionate throughout my visit. The ladies at Union Dental Group provide exceptional service!!! I've never been made to feel more at ease while visiting a dental office. They explained everything very thoroughly throughout the exam and left me feeling very positive about the visit. I highly recommend visiting this office. Staff are attentive, and pay attention to detail. Technicians and doctor take their time going through the cleaning process, and they’re extremely thorough! It also helps that they’re kind, efficient, and do their best to ensure the patients are comfortable and have what they need from the moment you walk in to checking out! I highly recommend this office if you’re looking a warm, transparent, and positive environment!
I’m new to the area and haven’t had much good experiences with dentists but Carol, Dr. Krause, and Judy were so welcoming, very sweet, and extremely thorough. I have zero hesitation of going back there and highly recommend to anyone. I would give more stars if I could.
