My first time visit with Dr Tsai, recommended by a coworker, the office was very nice and staff very helpful and nice to work with. I am an extremely nervous and paranoid dental patient, lots of history with painful experiences. The staff and Dr were very patient with me and explained what was being done and what to expect. Also Dr Tsai listened to my concerns and worked with me on next steps. All in all a great experience.
I had a great experience as a new patient with Dr. Tsai’s office! From making my appointment over the phone, to the front office staff, to having X-rays and a cleaning done…everyone was so nice and professional! I am happy to have found such a great dental practice for all of my dental needs!
The front office staff is friendly and knowledgeable which relieves my anxiety. The hygienists give a thorough cleaning. The dentists explain each procedure and are extremely professional.
I've been a continual customer of Dr. Matthew Tsai and his 2 predecessor dentists for many years. Always consistent service. His attention to my dental needs is right spot on; never excessive and always careful to be accurate.
