UPDATE: Please see the screenshot of their initial reply to this feedback. This clearly demonstrates the type of culture that is being practiced in this office. Also, my new dentist called them to expedite my X-rays being sent over to no reply. I beg you, STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. Be careful of these reviews. Erika was amazing! She was very gentle and caring. Jessica also treated me with loving kindness and had everything ready for me when I came. What a joyful team and place to be in.

Stay away. Dishonest billing practices. (Update) Definitely not fake. I have called your office on Monday after receiving an unprofessional letter from your office. I was told by whoever answered the call that she was going to get back to me by the end of the day . I explained to her the clear mistake. After a week from my initial call you Quick to answer after negative feedback. My complaint is not about pricing, but your billing practices.

Erica is fantastic! Dr. Mary is super sweet. Very thorough, very gentle. This was my first experience with the new staff. Living up to Katina and Dr. Derrick is a tall order. I have been with them for almost 30 years. I do plan to stay with this group. I think that Dr. Derrick likely did his due diligence on this group. I am satisfied and really impressed. I like Erica and Dr. Mary very much.
