They recently changed their hours and are rescheduling appointments made months in advance. They called to cancel my appointment with little notice and then offered me options that do not work. Making patients jump through hoops is the apparent standard for all health care companies and trublue is proving no different. Dentist are a dime a dozen. Extremely disappointing experience with this dental office. I scheduled an appointment directly through their website and drove nearly an hour to get there, only to arrive and find the office locked. After waiting, employees opened the door appearing confused, and I was eventually told the office was actually closed — despite their website allowing appointments to be booked during those hours. Hospitality: Quick and friendly service! They were able to seat me generally quickly and we're able to answer questions I had. Fortunate to have this offer near me, can't imagine finding a different location. In addition, whenever I schedule an appointment, the office sends text message reminders along with a link to fill out paperwork digitally to diminish the time of filling out documents in the office on the day of.

Michele from the office called me within a couple of days. We were able to rectify my dilemma in an efficient and timely manner. I feel much better about how things ended up.
