Hospitality: Quick and friendly service! They were able to seat me generally quickly and we're able to answer questions I had. Fortunate to have this offer near me, can't imagine finding a different location. In addition, whenever I schedule an appointment, the office sends text message reminders along with a link to fill out paperwork digitally to diminish the time of filling out documents in the office on the day of.
Secretaries were very professional.very prompt to confirm my appointments. Very courteous staff. DDS, dental assistant and hygienist were excellent during my visit. DDS did an awesome job.she was very detailed and give special attention to my dental care. Dental assistant was very helpful, courteous and careful when performing my teeth X-rays.i feel comfortable with the process at all time.DDS and dental assistant are a great team. I strongly recommend TruBlu Dentistry.
The staff provided exceptional customer service throughout our visit. The front desk team was warm, friendly, and welcoming, setting a positive tone right away. From the assistants to the diagnostic technician and the doctor, everyone was kind, professional, and attentive. Their outstanding service deserves an A+. I highly recommend
It’s been a very long time since I have been to the dentist and I was embarrassed by that fact. TruBlu never made me feel bad. They were patient, informative, and beyond kind. The entire office make you feel comfortable. Thank you all so much or everything!
My second visit at TruBlu Burbank and Ive had great experiences both times. The receptionist are kind upon entry. The wait time is either short or none existent. The dentist and dental assistant were so kind and made sure I understood everything. Didn't seem irritated when I had questions. I'm really big on having a healthcare team that actually listens to me. If I feel ignored have no problem finding a new dentist/doctor.
