Dr Tozeer in theh past has ben good but on my last visit he told me in no uncertain terms that he is very busy with critical patients and that I am not to make another appointment with him. I have macular degeneration and was looking for any new treatments that might help. He informed me that they would call me if anything new is available. So if you are looking for encouragement or new ideas keep looking.
I had an appointment at Tozer-Lee Eye Center for a cataract evaluation. I was called from the waiting area on time, but spent the next 50 minutes being shuffled between various technicians and a secondary waiting area. The technicians did not explain what they were doing or why. One was very curt (although another was very friendly). The secondary waiting area did not have enough seats and I twice had to stand. The cataract surgery on both eyes were a success. It is now time for a post op visit since one year has passed. I have left three appointment requests on their web site which states they would get back to me....never happened. I sent three emails asking for a call back to set up an appointment.....nothing! I attempted three phone calls....no one available so I left a message...no return calls! I even sent a fax...AND NOTHING! I respect the surgeon and medical staff but sure do question the efficiency of the office staff!
THIS IS TO THE RECEPTIONISTS AT TOZER. My sister (ANDREA MCCAFFREY) has been going to your office for a few years. Dr may be fine but their RECEPTIONISTS leave a lot to be desired. She woke up this am and couldn't see very well. She called to make an apptmt thinking it was an EMERGENCY, and was basically blown off. She was told they are dealing with a lot of ppl with problems and would call back. THEY NEVER CALLED BACK. I WILL BE POSTING THIS WHEVER I AM ABLE TO
