Jenna is awesome with customer service and has been nothing but very understanding. Inbetween my job, current family emergency, and my and my wife's personal health they have been very empathetic and willing to reschedule. She actually took the time to talk to me and she genuinely cares. If we could give a higher review rating then 5 we would!! Today was an awesome day!!! In as much as, I just completed my second dental appointment at Towson General and Implant Dentistry. Dr. Katz is amazing, professional and caring. On my first visit he performed a root canal and an extraction. He was so gentle that I didn't realize he had completed both procedures. this dental clinic is absolutely the best! Dr. Katz is amazing; has a very gentle hand, causing almost no pain at all. He is extremely skillful and does a beautiful job, leaving you smiling for a good reason! The staff is super friendly and and helpful. In short, I've never felt in better hands when going to a dentist. HIGHLY RECOMEND!
I came for a second opinion and ended up a new patient. Front office staff were helpful and pleasant. I had some work done elsewhere that left me in discomfort. Dr. Katz made sure my concerns were heard and provided detailed insight into that work and provided aftercare/follow up recommendations if discomfort doesn’t subside. I’ll be recommending this place to everyone; my colleagues have been searching as well. Thank you Dr. Katz and TGID Team! See you again soon! :)
The best dentist I have been too! I have had some really horrific experiences with dentists and nothing like any of those things happened here, they were all very nice and got me in quickly as I had a few problems and I’m sure the dr thinks I’m a little nuts but never showed it lol. I am really so happy I found this place
