Jenna is awesome with customer service and has been nothing but very understanding. Inbetween my job, current family emergency, and my and my wife's personal health they have been very empathetic and willing to reschedule. She actually took the time to talk to me and she genuinely cares. If we could give a higher review rating then 5 we would!! Thanks Jenna!!(P.S: Please wait for post-op review on actual surgery with doctor. Very nervous.)
The best dentist I have been too! I have had some really horrific experiences with dentists and nothing like any of those things happened here, they were all very nice and got me in quickly as I had a few problems and I’m sure the dr thinks I’m a little nuts but never showed it lol. I am really so happy I found this place
Noting scarier than an emergency dentist visit. Jade scheduled me within 2hrs of calling, to be seen. The hygienist (Jasmine) was informative, patient and pleasant. Dr. Katz was professional, direct, and caring. I was in absolute pain, we discussed the best option for me and the work was done on the very same visit. They answered all my questions and eased my nerves. Good care allows for good recovery and I’m doing just that. Thank you all.
A great experience from beginning to end. The staff is polite and personable. They are taking all Covid precautions to ensure patient safety, and Dr. Finney is a highly competent and gentle dentist. Although getting a cavity filled isn’t on the top of my fun-things-to-do list, if I had to do it all over again, I’d go back there in a heartbeat. Truly exceptional care!
I don’t remember who recommended Finney Family Dental to me a few years ago, but I’m glad they did! Aside from providing excellent dental care, the staff are all wonderful and really take to heart the “family” part of their name. (Though I was sorry to see on my last visit that Joan retired [but also hope she’s enjoying retirement..]).
