I was referred to Torrey Hill Dental through the VA, and I couldn’t have been happier with the experience. There were a few hurdles on the VA side, but Valerie at the front desk went out of her way to help coordinate everything and make sure I was seen. That extra effort meant a lot. My dental hygienist, Mary was so kind and gentle, and truly made me feel at ease. Dr B was warm, caring, and took the time to explain everything in a way that felt reassuring. Todd is so knowledgeable and kind. He did such a great job on a tooth I had an issue with at my prior dentist office. I had a lot of anxiety going into the appointment but it went so smoothly. Holly the assistant made me feel comfortable and was incredibly kind. Can’t thank them enough 😊
I just had my first appointment with Tory Hill Dental, and it was very pleasant. All of the staff were very helpful, and not only treated their patients compassionately, but they also treat each other professionally and respectfully. Mary is my new hygienist and she is very good at her job. She has a great way with her patients and it shows. Dr. Brueckner is very thorough with his patients and makes sure the patient is well educated. I highly recommend this practice!
Everyone is super nice. My dentist properly uses my pronouns. Unfortunately that’s not the case with everyone in the office. I was impressed how, when my dental records weren’t there, Lindsay was able to get them within minutes! Lindsay goes above and beyond to support patients. She even helped when my food stamps were in jeopardy and got me bags of food which are lasting over a month! I’m happy to have found this dental office.
