I'm really glad this place exists in DTLA. I've been coming for a couple years and my teeth have really improved. They're also really good about appointments and scheduling. Dr Knopf is great and really listens to you. One of the smartest things they do is take lots of photos and you can really see the improvement over time. This is the best my teeth have looked/felt in a long time.
Beware of this dentist shop! They promised to waive the X-ray fees Quote “ We’re waiving the Xrays and taking care of it “ but ended up billing me later. I then followed up with an email to seek clarification upon receiving a billing statement and never received a response. Complete dishonesty and lack of integrity. I will never trust them again nor am I paying for that bill. They were aware of me not having X-rays to provide and still insisted to keep the appointment. It was a pleasure meeting Brandon and his whole staff. They were all pleasant and very knowledgeable. I was comfortable the whole way through. I would definitely recommend this dentistry to more family and friends.
Truly the best dental office I have ever been to! The staff here is so organized and communicative, in addition to being super kind and patient with my dental anxiety. Cannot recommend them enough!
