If I could give this place 10 stars, I would. Both me and my son got our braces here and had a great experience. Dr. DeSantis is always pleasant and a master in his field.
Both of my sons have been treated by Dr. DeSantis. He’s great with the kids and very practical with his treatment plans! It’s also so nice that the office is right here in Hutto!!
Dr. Desantis is hands down the best Orthodontist! I came to him when I was told by another orthodontist that I would need surgery in order to correct my overbite, and when I was already feeling hopeless he offered a nonsurgical solution. He has patience, intellect, and kindness towards all of his patients and I even brought my brother and boyfriend in to see him. His staff are lovely and well trained, and I would highly recommend him if you need any orthodontic work done.
Initial appointment was quick and easy for full mouth scan. Dr. was out they were to call me when the scan was ready for Dr. review. Never received a call. 2 months later I call, they apologize and again said someone would call me back. Never heard from anyone. So, my initial appointment was a waste of time. Taking my business elsewhere.
Dr DeSantis and his staff have the best personalities! So kind and welcoming! Thank you for being so amazing and professional!
