The staff is great!! They make you feel comfortable and supported every step of the way. Physical therapy can be a long hard process but Donald and Mikey make a great team. They cater a perfect workout that helps you recover quickly and build strength. The office manager(Becky) has a great attitude and extremely accommodating when it comes to scheduling needs. Despite being told that it wasn’t necessary to have PT because all they were going to do was put me on a bike and left me with the decision on whether I should go or not. This was my first surgery. So I decided to go and it was the best decision I had made. From the moment I walked in Becky made me feel welcomed. Don and Mike have also made me feel welcomed and are taking great care of me. PM&R saved my life. Since I hurt my back badly, I couldn’t have my normal life style. With the help from the doctor and therapists here, now I live pain free and can happily enjoy a lot of activities. The staff members here are super professional and experienced. Becky at front desk is always able to fit me to desired time slot and she helped me with the whole process of dealing with MRI and insurance company hassle-free. I highly recommend this office.
