I have had nothing but less than stellar dental experiences in my life. But all that changed this afternoon when I had my first appointment with Dr. Dietz and his staff. Aside from the overall comfortable setting of the office and more than hospitable staff, I loved Dr. Dietz's straightforward and detailed approach in telling me what work needed to be done and what the longterm benefits would be. I'd recommend this practice ten fold!
AWESOME AWESOME AWESOME times 1000!!!! Dr. Andrew Dietz is AWESOME!!!! Plus his hometown boy ( Ohio ) 😜😂😂 He listened to my concerns, gave me his expert recommendations, then derived a plan!!! His whole office staff from the front desk to the dental assistants were ALL VERY NICE, accommodating and welcoming!!! I will DEFINITELY recommend this office to potential new patients!!!! I am extremely disappointed and honestly disturbed by our experience at this office. We brought our son in for an emergency appointment because he was complaining of significant tooth pain. After examining him, Dr. Dietz told us he did not have an infection. Instead, he said there was a cavity on a tooth we had previously asked about during a cleaning a month earlier. Dental work is a process and they are very accommodating, ensuring you every step of the way what is best, "treating the person behind the smile" is his motto and they do it well. I highly recommend you schedule your next appointment with The Haddon Dentist.
