We’ve known Dr. Dietz and his wife Betsy for many years, and since my local dentist retired, my son and I decided to start seeing him as new patients—especially since my husband and daughter are also patients and really love coming to his office. My visit with Dr. Dietz was the best that I can remember. Very knowledgeable and super personable! From the ladies up in the front desk, you are very friendly and explain what I needed to know. And the lady that helped Dr. Deitz With my PROCEDURE, they were great as a tag team. And last, but not least Katie, who did my cleaning was very knowledgeable And personable, very friendly.and knew what she was doing. She didn’t mess up my gums with the tools that she had to use. I went in for a cleaning. They made me wait about 40 minutes with a scheduled appointment. Dr. Deitz, , was standing around with his phone in his hand talking about nothing.There was a Caucasian woman that came in after me. They took her before me. I complained to the Receptionist. She lied and said the patient was there for someone else. No one else was back there. Dr. Dietz, was very racial in his undertone. I had asked him about dental implants. I needed to find a dentist since relocating from Florida, and I was more than pleasantly surprised and so impressed with my whole experience today. Dr. Dietz and his entire staff made me feel welcome and comfortable. Dr. Dietz is knowledgeable in all aspects of dentistry, and I highly recommend him. 5+ stars, for sure!!!!

I am extremely disappointed and honestly disturbed by our experience at this office. We brought our son in for an emergency appointment because he was complaining of significant tooth pain. After examining him, Dr. Dietz told us he did not have an infection. Instead, he said there was a cavity on a tooth we had previously asked about during a cleaning a month earlier. He proceeded to do a filling on that tooth and redo another existing filling. During the procedure, my son was screaming and crying in obvious pain. Instead... read more
