The nurse and doctor are really nice and treat you with respect. The office is nice and very clean with comfortable seating. Was very pleased they had the equipment ro take x-rays in office and was able to talk about the findings then and there.
I had an excellent experience with Dr. Saldino and highly recommend him, especially for anyone with diabetes and foot concerns. With over 20 years in the medical field and more than 45 years as a diabetic, it was a relief to find such a knowledgeable and genuinely caring physician. Dr. Saldino clearly explained everything, helping both me and my sister understand my condition, and his staff went above and beyond—even working with my difficult insurance to get diabetic shoes approved. Today's appointment began with me getting lost and calling to get directions which I got and they stayed on the phone with me until I walked in! Then the nurse (I'm so sorry, I'm terrible with remembering names) listened to everything and took notes and then Dr.Saldino with the best sense of humor and bedside manner gave thorough instructions and insights to my extreme heel pain. I feel seen and heard, Thank You so so so very much for not making me feel like it's all in my head! I highly recommend!
So I've been dealing with diabetic foot ulcers for over a year and come to find out it had nothing to do with my diabetes with the ulcers ...I've been to two prior podiatrist and we're told kind of the same thing but also different things ...well Dr saldino gave me the real information which was the true information and he is currently working to take care of my issue but the guy is spot on ..the guy listens ...the guys awesome ..this guy is the real deal.. he's a caring cut straight to the point no nonsense kind of guy.. an... read more
I have been a patient of Dr. Saldino for over 20 years, and I am forever grateful for the care he has given me. Before finding him, I saw doctors from Shreveport to Little Rock to Texarkana and was repeatedly misdiagnosed. My condition had progressed to the point that I was becoming immobile. The first time Dr. Saldino examined my feet, he immediately correctly diagnosed the problem, performed surgery on both feet, and created custom orthotic shoe inserts that I still use today---20+ years later.
