I had a wonderful experience with this podiatrist and his entire office. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, friendly, and very helpful. The doctor took his time with me and never made me feel rushed. He thoroughly explained what was going on with my foot, answered all of my questions, and made sure I understood my treatment options. The office lady was super nice and helped me get signed in!! the nurse was also very nice and helpful. the Doctor did a good job cutting off half of both big toenails and then filed them down to be more smooth. I did need one question answered from the Doctor but I didn't ask quick enough. He said he wouldn't use the lotion I was using on my feet as he went out the door. I didn't think quick enough to say "what would you use"?
Called late 1day & saw the doctor the next morning! Very courteous staff! DR examined me and had me in a long boot. I am not in pain anymore. Office was extremely clean. This will definitely be my new foot and ankle doctor!
From the receptionist to the nurse, then to Dr. Saldino. The service and attention paid to me was so nice. The smiles and conversations was a welcome change from Physicians hurrying in and out. Dr. Saldino took his time to answer all my questions. Great experience.
Was really pleased with my experience. Dr Saldino was very helpful and knowledgeable. All the staff and nurses were also great. Have already recommended him to my friends.
