The service here is mostly great. The doctor was super friendly and caring. I have been going to opticals for 40 years of my life and NEVER has the doctor asked me to come back for a follow up visit just to see how I'm doing with the new prescription. i had such a great experience at this optical the receptionist was awesome i had never got such a thorough eye exam the doctor was very good. UPDATE: So after a long 4-ish months and a couple of miscommunications, I got my glasses back!! The owner was kind enough to not just call me, but took the time to understand my personal point of view as to what was happening with my glasses. Very long story short, after explaining to the owner a miscommunication that happened in store, not only did he correct the mistake, not only did he take the time to explain how their warranty works between their business and their manufactures (which cleared up A LOT of confusion), he ... read more
Optical is nice and clean...doctor is very professional and the girl named Loammy was very nice and helpful, she took care of me while getting some test done and help me pick out nice glasses.
I was a walk in, I was seen pretty quickly. The ladies working here are very nice they are bilingual English and Spanish. The inside decoration is absolutely beautiful!! The glasses covered by insurance (Medicaid) are modern and beautiful. They thoroughly test your eyes, I had 4 different eye exams and was offered to do the pupil test. The eye doctor is very friendly and professional, I just think she speaks only English. My glasses were ready in less than a week. Highly recommend this place!
