I had such a pleasant experience with my wisdom tooth extraction. I was very worried at first, but my worry went away when greeted with the staff. The staff was so warm and welcoming. The orthodontist and dental hygienist were so patient, informative, and kind. I appreciate how he mapped out everything while doing while doing the procedure. There’s a neighboring pharmacy that is a 2 min walking distance. Everything is so convenient. Overall, a 10/10 experience!
I had the most pleasant experience at Sunset Park Dental. Dr. Bruce and his staff (Nurse Athena) made me feel extremely comfortable. They’re very compassionate and kind. The office is immaculate and I was in and out within an hour!
Anthony my doctor made the experience so easy! I did the numbing and I felt nothing but pressure he took out both my wisdom teeth in 2 minutes, he allowed me to play music aloud and he was funny and sweet! The nurse, Athena who called me to do my first xray was very calm and clear and made everything easy for me. Dr Shah took out 2 of my own teeth. I would not go to anyone else for an abstraction or dental surgery. He is very patient and very quick. It was a surprisingly painless experience thanks to his expertise. The staff in the front and his assistance are also excellent. I would highly recommend them
Update: I did get a weird copay, front desk said it was for a panoramic X-ray. I never had one done before, but was still charged. Got the insurance claim info and it said I had 0 copays. Called the office again and they said it was a refundable deposit sort of payment. Still waiting for my money back. called the office and got an appointment the next day.
