This place is amazing. Today was my first time here. The receptionist was friendly and super helpful. The wait time was under an hour. All of the staff were professional, kind, and went above and beyond. My extraction was over as quickly as it started and Dr. Shah patiently and kindly explained every step of the process. He was extremely quick and efficient. 11 out of 10. I hope everyone has such a great experience when they come here.
Today was my first visit with Dr. Shah, I was very pleased with his chair side manners and willingness to listen to my concerns. He conferred with my dentist the same day to figure out a plan forward. I'll need to have several procedures and feel confident and relieved to know I'm in good hands. I'll report back after my surgeries but in the meantime, if you need an oral surgeon, I'd recommend Dr.Shah.
Here is my experience with this place. I scheduled an appointment to get a molar removed. I had a crapy dental insurance and after a lot of search, this practice was the only one that accepts my insurance. I was in a lot of pain. I went in and I was asked to pay 2 different charges at the reception and a 3rd charge while I was at the dentist chair. This facility is such breath of fresh air! Absolutely recommend. Samantha and Vicky were the best!! I was super late today and so were couple other patients. They accommodated all of us so smoothly, maintained order in the waiting area and everyone was attended to. Samantha was super helpful and organized and with her help, I didn't even have wait long. Dr. Shah and his assistants were super helpful and informative too. I appreciate this facility and the team member. Thank you for everything.
Anthony my doctor made the experience so easy! I did the numbing and I felt nothing but pressure he took out both my wisdom teeth in 2 minutes, he allowed me to play music aloud and he was funny and sweet! The nurse, Athena who called me to do my first xray was very calm and clear and made everything easy for me.
