Extremely disgusting service. My niece went to get wisdom teeth extraction and an old man who was apparently the doctor behaved extremely rudely and unprofessionally with her. He was racist, rude, unprofessional, disrespectful. The assistants were teamed up against my niece. He made rude comments threatening her and telling her “you came to me, I didn’t come to you”?!?! Nurse and oral surgeon were very compassionate people. Got straight to the point and removed 2 wisdom teeth in literally 2 minutes. Very satisfied with the service.
This place is amazing. Today was my first time here. The receptionist was friendly and super helpful. The wait time was under an hour. All of the staff were professional, kind, and went above and beyond. My extraction was over as quickly as it started and Dr. Shah patiently and kindly explained every step of the process. He was extremely quick and efficient. 11 out of 10. I hope everyone has such a great experience when they come here.
Today was my first visit with Dr. Shah, I was very pleased with his chair side manners and willingness to listen to my concerns. He conferred with my dentist the same day to figure out a plan forward. I'll need to have several procedures and feel confident and relieved to know I'm in good hands. I'll report back after my surgeries but in the meantime, if you need an oral surgeon, I'd recommend Dr.Shah.
