A few years ago, I had foot fusion surgery with Dr. Thomas Chang in Santa Rosa.More recently, I developed a serious, unrelated foot infection and was admitted to Providence Hospital in Petaluma. Because of my prior surgery with Dr. Chang, the hospital contacted him for guidance.
