They told my wife that a regular cleaning wasn't sufficient and that she required a deep cleaning, which would cost $890. However, she visited another dentist who confirmed that her gums are in excellent condition and don't require deep cleaning.
I’ve had nothing but terrible experiences with this office. Between billing issues and quality of service, it has been horrible. I’ve had 4 visits between my daughter and myself and not a single one has gone smoothly. They’ve gone so far as to get through half my appoint then made my stop to pay for the appointment before they would continue. They started out good but recently have made me so mad. The worst reception area staff and scheduling. They advertise Sat hours but when you make the appt for Sat they call and reschedule it and say the Dr won’t be in. Then I made it for 9:00am and I was there at 8:50 and not a single person was there yet. Very unprofessional. Then as I was getting ready to leave at 8:55, a worker zoomed in. Michelle, every business we visit, doors aren’t even unlocked until opening time, so we are sorry that your hygienist and doctor not being parked in the parking lot at 8:50 am when we don’t open until 9 am was so troublesome to you. As you stated, your hygienist who lives less than 5 min away, parked at 8:55 for a 9 am appt. All rooms are already set up and ready to go the night before, and we had and one but 2 receptionists as well as an assistant already there.
