Ellie has been my twins’ speech therapist for the past six months, and they absolutely adore her. They wait by the elevator in anticipation of her arrival, and their progress has exceeded anything I could have imagined. Because Ellie makes every session fun, my children don’t even realize they’re in therapy. Through her playful and thoughtful use of behavioral techniques, my twins now listen, take turns, speak in full sentences, and—most importantly—have become happier, more communicative children.
We worked with Stacy for 2 years when our first daughter was still not speaking at age 2 but was repeatedly denied for EI services. From the moment we first spoke on the phone to the every single visit with our shy kiddo she was professional, kind, dedicated and reassuring. My special needs son started working with Stacey while she was at a pediatric therapeutic practice 15 years ago. She was so amazing that enough clients convinced her to start her own practice and she did! My son began working with her when he was 5 years old until he graduated from high school. He is now in his second year at Rochester Institute of Technology studying Video Game Design. He could not have done it without Stacey! I/we highly recommend her!!!
Stacey was a wonderful resource for our family, successfully navigating our shy/slow to warm child, making learning /exercises fun, and flexibly adapting to our busy schedule/early hours sessions before school. Highly recommend!
