I’ve been going to St. John Smiles for a few years now and I have always had a positive experience. I always leave with a thorough cleaning and any questions and concerns I have are addressed properly. It’s important as a patient to feel heard and supported, and that has always been my experience here.
The staff is so friendly and helpful, Dr is always so kind, patient, and understanding. Our family of 5 have been going here for about 2 years and we have a great experience each time. Highly recommend.
Went in for my first visit and they took all these photos of my teeth. Then the doctor came in to examine my teeth and then goes on to say my tooth was so decayed that I needed either an implant that would cost 7k or a bridge that would cost me 5K or pull it. They were like in a rush for me to put money down and I'm like nah I'll think about it. Went back to my original dentist and look they can save my tooth. Get a second opinion before having this take all your money.
Wonderful professional staff!! so friendly, informative, and welcoming. For the first time in my life I’m actually looking forward to going back to the dentist.
Well, don't trust these people. Don't be there " Lab Rat " and can't be trusted. Charged $1700 dollars for 2 bone grafts that never which my insurance PAID. When I got that statement from my insurance company I was In shock when they sent that check. I immediately called my insurance and told them it NEVER happened just my 2 teeth were pulled.
