I just started receiving treatments at St. Cloud TMS located in midtown I have only had 2 so far so I will add an update once all 36 are completed but so far its been wonderful. Jenna, Katrina, and Dr Johnson have all been super informative, professional, and kind. They're also very flexible and understanding! Treatments only take 3 minutes and you are able to go twice in one day if you'd like so that's awesome. Very kind and caring group of professionals to work with. Just started TMS and finished my 1st week of 4 weeks. All is well and im looking forward to continuing with TMS for my depression!
In all my years of dealing with mental health practitioners, this was the first time someone spent an hour and a half talking to me about my issues in a thorough and affirming manner. She didn't simply dispense pills but wanted to find the right medication to help me. I am grateful I found this service and that I finally found someone willing to work with me as a person with a legitimate health problem.
Just had my phone intake appointment with Leah and I haven’t felt this much hope for quite a while! Very informative, knowledgeable and very personable! Really looking forward to begin TMS treatments!
Honestly the staff was probably as helpful as the treatment. I've been dealing with medical personnel on a very regular basis since a Lupus diagnosis 30 years ago and this little bitty office has some of the best people I've ever come in contact with. Cheerful, helpful and understanding are a few words that pop into my head but I could go on. I looked forward to seeing them and it felt like they looked forward to seeing me.
