It was an awesome experience! Jenna and Lisa were so kind and positive explaining everything as we went and answering all my questions. Great experience and TMS worked so well for me when no medication did. I can manage my life now for the first time in a very long time!
Lisa, Jen and Levi are a true team at St Cloud TMS. I’ve been treated as a person, not a ‘client’ identified by a chart. Dr Johnson is extremely knowledgeable in this area and is truly interested in helping everyone get the best outcome. Highly recommend.
I've had a great experience here! Wonderful customer service and bed side manner from all! I feel very comfortable in their care and really appreciate the safe secure entrance. The environment is very clean, comfortable and has informative cards to reference later or to give to another person you feel might benefit from that information. Such as the 988 suicide & crisis lifeline.
Staff are friendly and welcoming. Easy to work with on scheduling. Positive and encouraging treatment. I had great results. Will recommend to friends and family.
This has been a life-changing experience for me!! I am so thankful that I did research and discovered TMS. I have been to therapy and have done everything to improve my mental health. I was nervous to try TMS as it sounds so scientific and technical! But from day one I had such a great experience, of course the treatment took the time to work (as with anything else).
