This "private dental facility" made false promises on being "superior" to Neibauer Dental but in return Dr. Saoud received my $7500 then proceeded to dodge my phone calls and ignore my concerns. Evidence of the confirmed & rescheduled appointments are attached below and if you read other reviews, I am not the first to complain about this issue. i have been asking for a copy of my billing since me tooth extraction March 12. Because they will not provide me with any sort of documentation, my HRA has been shut down and i have to pay my employer over $1500. Even though they were paid st the time of service, they have no concern to help me. Also i have not received an EOB so i don't believe they even submitted it to insurance.
