Just found the Facebook page or I would’ve left this review months ago. I was pleased with how quickly I was able to get appointments….now I know why. First time I went, lady was rude at the counter. Waited for a very long time. Thought maybe they were just having a bad day. Everybody deserves a second chance right? Second time, people were somewhat more pleasant, still waited a long time. consumer beware, my 80 year old mother spent almost 800.00 dollars on a exam and pair of glasses, in November of 2019 and now she has a lens that has begun to separate. I called and was told that she needed a new exam because it had been over 2years, however the problem is not the eyes have changed , it's the product from the glasses, the lens is separating. they won't do anything for her, they want her to spend more money for their cheap quality lens.
