I went for the 2nd part of my deep cleaning. I have sensitive teeth and the dental hygienist made sure I didn't feel any discomfort during the procedure. The staff there is pleasant and efficient. Always a good experience.
Staff is rude and made me wait half an hour until I asked and told me they had put someone else in my time because I didn't confirm my appointment the day before. They expected me to wait over an hour for my appointment. I told her I had to leave before that and she dismissed my concern saying the doctor will come over. I left after waiting 2 months for my appointment. The time before when I had an appointment I had to wait 45 minutes despite confirming my appointment the day before and coming early. Everyone was super sweet from the amazing smiles from the woman at the front desk as well as the nurse who took my x-rays. But I was even more grateful for the beautiful and caring Dr. Fatima Hiba. She addressed all my concerns and questions and was patient and understanding. I highly recommend the office and the dentist
I chose this dental because they state their hours as open until 6 pm, but that is a lie. After going for my initial visit, waiting for my HMO approvals now they say their last appointment is at 4pm. Now I have to start all over again. Unacceptable.
