I have being a patient at this office for over 12 years. I can’t say anything negative about them. The longest I waited to be brought in had being no more than 30 minutes but is understood if one day, they run a bit later, we are humans. When I had an emergency, they had fit me in. They are very professional. Sheila, the secretary, she is very professional and caring. I highly recommend this office!
I visited this office today and the dentist and office staff were AMAZING! After visiting Morris Dental, Union, NJ who treated me like garbage and had me in tears after leaving their office for an emergency and rushing me and not friendly or attentive to my individual needs, this dental office left me smiling and feeling very comfortable with the suggested treatment plan. Great experience!!! I was really nervous about going to the dentist but from the moment I stepped in they made me feel comfortable and welcomed. Villa was super sweet, took her time with each step, informed me along the way on what she doing, and made sure I was well taken care of. The front desk staff was super sweet at check out and helped me with scheduling right away. Looking forward to coming back for my next cleaning.
Dentist offices generally are unpopular places to because of the negative associations we have with them. I can genuinely say that the staff at this office are friendly, courteous and polite. I’ve had no complaints about them. But it’s mismanaged. We’ve confirmed appointments for one time and found they were scheduled for another. We’ve arrived on time or early, and had to wait an hour to be seen. Obviously any unpleasant experiences owing to poor oral hygiene are on me. Everyone was super sweet from the amazing smiles from the woman at the front desk as well as the nurse who took my x-rays. But I was even more grateful for the beautiful and caring Dr. Fatima Hiba. She addressed all my concerns and questions and was patient and understanding. I highly recommend the office and the dentist
