I don’t believe any of the bad reviews on this place because I go there every time and the dentist. There are very very gentle nice and caring they take the time they don’t rush and they’re very respectful. They don’t rush because they want things to be right and not the staff in the front. Mainly, the Spanish lady with the glasses always speaks to me. She’s very nice she’s very respectful. I love this place.

I came to this office after having been to a couple different places. The staff/dentists were extremely accommodating, as I am quite the nervous patient. They were very patient with me, allowing me to have breaks when I needed time to collect myself, they listened to me when I told them something felt uncomfortable. When I told them how nervous I was, they really tried to make my experience was as comfortable as possible. These people are scammers BEWARE. In the beginning of 2022 I got Invisalign through Dr. Michael Ayoub. They made me pay a big deposit, insurance would cover it's portion, and then they had me making payments of $220 in each visit. When we finally got toward the end of the treatment they told me they made a mistake with their billing and I needed to pay $1,300 or they could not finish my treatment. They work on multiple people at the same time which is gross. After numbing my mouth all up and waiting for an hour for them to start working after I complained three ladies enter the room and they tell me I never confirmed my appointment. So if I never confirmed why am I sitting on the chair an hour later and two numbing needles in? Very unprofessional and unhygienic.

Great experience!!! I was really nervous about going to the dentist but from the moment I stepped in they made me feel comfortable and welcomed. Villa was super sweet, took her time with each step, informed me along the way on what she doing, and made sure I was well taken care of. The front desk staff was super sweet at check out and helped me with scheduling right away. Looking forward to coming back for my next cleaning.
