⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I have been coming to South Nassau Orthopedic Surgery & Sports Medicine, P.C. and I can’t say enough good things about the care I receive. I’ve seen Dr. Farakh, Dr. Peacock, and Dr. Zillies, and they are all excellent, knowledgeable, and truly take the time to listen. The office staff makes every visit a pleasure. Stay away from this office!! I went to this office once to see a provider. My insurance was presented to them, not once did they say they were not in network let alone give paperwork stating there was a waiver for services provided. Call NUMEROUS TIMES no one calls you back. Spoke to their office manager Rob he indicated their billing manager would call me to discuss. She never did. Multiple times calling finically spoke to billing manager Betsy she claims since I was put in collection for me to pay their cost. I only recei... read more

I went here when I hurt my shoulder at work. I was given a REVERSE SHOULDER REPLACEMENT. The doctor there gave me a 20%. SLU for the shoulder. So low, the IME gave 29% and the insurance company argued to use the evaluation from the doctor there instead of their own IME!!!! The shoulder replacement lasted less than 3 + years and BROKE!!! Really nice and professional staff. The NP Susan is extremely nice and very attentive. She takes the time to listen to your concerns and responds in a pleasant and clear way for one to understand. Waiting time is minimal and the appointments are not too far out. I highly recommend this office for your Orthopedic needs. The entire staff is excellent!

Dr. Richard Parker is an outstanding physician. He is an exceptionally qualified doctor who provides not only the very best medical care but, also is compassionate and completely devoted to his patients. I have been extremely fortunate to have Dr. Parker's expertise in treating me for many years. He is the very best!
