My first coming was very pleasant, I had a older dentist who talked everything out with me and took his time and was gentle. I received a cleaning and a filling. Fast forward 2 years, I've had 2 dentist since then who seems to not look at reports or notes in the system. Fast forward to this past March. I came In for a deep cleaning and to my surprise ( completely unaware) this dentist did a scaling. I was left in pain for 3 weeks he pulled out filling that was previously done at Sonrisa. The front desk staff were very nice and polite, They took me as a walk in which I appreciated immensely, the dental assistant was also very nice and polite and incredibly fast paced but attentive , the dentist was profesional, friendly, reassured & answered my questions. The dentist was also nice to his assistant and let her take her time , since they were pretty busy I appreciate seeing that and instantly felt in good hands.
They rush through. If your kid has a cavity, they'll give you a list of places because they dont treat them there here. And the list of palces are not taking any new patients. So you have to call hundreds of places. And still not get the cavity treated. So frustrated. We had appointment at 9am. Dentist arrived at 930am. Took off her coat. Dressed up in a gown. Walked in for 30 seconds and quickly left. That's how little they care for their work and the patient. Rush through the work
Best experience ever! I brought my 2 year old for his exam and cleaning with Doctor Albert. The doc and the staff were amazing. They welcomed us with a big smile and with an amazing attitude. I recommend my family to this office at kedzie. My mom ended up coming to this location for an extraction as well, I was there with her the day of her appointment everything went well! Doctor Xue did an amazing job! I definitely recommend coming to this office, you will have the best experience ever!
I don’t usually do reviews but I came here for a cleaning on 10-9-23 and the staff was super nice from the moment I checked in till the time I checked out. I was a little nervous since I hadn’t been to the dentist in 2 years but the assistant and doctor made me feel comfortable, I definitely recommend coming here for your check ups! Really clean office!
