After years of mediocre service at a large dental office in town, I decided it was time to find a new dentist. I had my first visit recently and was very impressed. The office staff was friendly and helpful. My hygienist was gentle. efficient, and knowledgeable. She explained some things, I did not know even after years of regular cleanings at my old place. Dr Farr and his staff are outstanding!! Everyone is friendly and makes you feel like they are really interested in you as a person and your dental well-being. Dr Farr takes his time to answer your questions and explain things. A great experience!
Had to make an emergency appointment today and the team was fantastic. The staff was friendly, professional, and very helpful. The doctor was excellent—took care of everything quickly and made me feel comfortable throughout. Awesome service all around!
10/10 recommend! Receptionists, doctors, and hygienists are all very nice and lovely to be around. I had hygienists Basia for the first time and I couldn’t say enough great things about her. Basia is very throughout, educates you about proper cleaning, and gentle. The receptionists are awesome and very welcoming. So far I have had a great experience with Smiles By Farr.
I’ve always enjoyed the professionalism of Dr Farr and his team for the last 10 years. Appointments are always on time and the Dr. always asks how things “feel”, because there may always be things we don’t see on an X-ray or during a regular examination. Sometimes additional services are suggested, but never pushed unless necessary. Appreciate that.
