I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Farr and his team. I called with some urgent concerns, and they were able to get me in the same day for a full set of X-rays. Dr. Farr took his time reviewing everything with me and made sure I felt comfortable and informed. He even completed my cleaning during the same visit, which I really appreciated. First time coming here and couldn't be more pleased! Dr. Farr and his entire staff were kind, sincere, and encouraging. From warm greetings upon arrival, to thanking me at departure, they didn't miss a single opportunity to make feel appreciated and my concerns and questions were heard and addressed. So happy with my decision to choose Smiles By Farr as my new dentist!
Last week I had my teeth cleaning with the new dental hygienist Christine and she was phenomenal! So glad they have a permanent hygienist in the office. I am definitely having her clean my teeth next time too! She knows all the tricks to clean my teeth for my smaller mouth. Thanks Christine!
Love Dr Farr, excellent dentist ! The office manager on the other hand is rude, I had work done mid 2025. they billed my insurance, I paid the amount the insurance company didn’t cover, Done deal, or so I thought! Months later I get “another bill”, I called to inquire about this bill 4 times, I spoke to a couple different office people who couldn’t come up with an answer right away, so obviously it must of been something out of the ordinary, confusing. Dr. Farr is the only dentist I trust with my teeth. I had some awful experiences in the past and Dr. Farr has always been very reassuring and straightforward with me. It has made it easier to do my regular cleanings again and I’m sure will save me thousands in dental work. He is truly the best.
