What a great office! Dr. Patel is an excellent dentist: knowledgeable, gentle, kind, always considerate for the comfort of the patient, professional. Her assistant, Marlene, is equally considerate and knowledgeable. I know that I am in good hands with both of them. And the front office staff - Caddy and Kristina - are terrific. I can’t say enough good things about this office. Everyone here is so patient, calm, and welcoming. From the moment you walk in, you have an inviting atmosphere. Dr. Patel, and her team has impeccable bedside manner— they truly take the time to make you feel comfortable. Every visit is so relaxing that I honestly feel like I could fall asleep in the chair. Their medical care and technique is exceptional! An outstanding experience everytime!
Absolutely adore this practice! I've had the privilege now to have Dr. Azeem, Marlene, and Caddy at the Elmhurst location. They are a phenomenal team! The office is very clean, equipment, up-to-date, and accommodating for both adults and children. I had a cleaning and two fillings done by Dr. Patel and couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. The office is clean, modern, and well-organized. Dr. Patel was thorough, gentle, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the procedure. Caddy, the office manager, was warm and welcoming and made the check-in and insurance process seamless. The entire team was friendly and professional, highly recommend!
