Both Shigio doctors were courteous and explained the challenges with my high-wrap cycling prescription, which I appreciated. However, the front desk experience was completely unprofessional — I called in advance and discovered my request was never communicated when I arrived. Her tone was dismissive from the start, and I couldn't understand why she was laughing over the doctors while they explained alternative options and recommended I schedule an eye exam first. I first went to Dr. Shigio as a ten year old child, excited to be getting my first pair of contact lenses. Forty years later Dr. Shigio is not only my optometrist, he’s my children’s optometrist as well. The whole staff is wonderful.
I’ve gone to this practice for 20+ years and they always offer awesome service. They keep up to date on all new technology and options for their patients. I highly recommend them!
