I found Serene Dental Clinic when my husband had a toothache and needed to see a dentist right away. The clinic was conveniently close to our apartment, so we decided to give it a try — and I’m so glad we did! After my husband’s procedure, their friendly female receptionist encouraged me to also book an appointment since I have insurance that covers dental care. I had an excellent experience at Serene Dental Clinic. Madison, the dental hygienist, took wonderful care of me during my appointment. She explained everything clearly, made sure I was comfortable, and kept the conversation engaging throughout. Afterward, Dr. Shawn Hadi came by to check in and personally addressed all my questions. Can't say enough good things about Dr. Hadi. He's professional, gentle, soft spoken and professional. He took the time to sit and explain procedure options and actually listened and addressed my concerns. I have to give HUGE thumbs up for San, the Hygienist...he is AMAZING! I mean AMAZING! I have sensitive teeth and become very anxious when that time rolls around for a cleaning. San took his time, was gentle, caring and very conscientious. 100/5 stars for Dr Hadi and the team at Serene Dental! I had wisdom teeth removal surgery and from check in I felt very comfortable and looked after. The receptionist even asked if I had breakfast this morning (which I totally forgot to!) and waited for me to head over to Persian Man for a quick bite which helped alot. During the procedure Dr Hadi and Victoria were great at explaining everything they were doing and checking in with me to make sure I was feeling alright. I recently had three teeth extracted and a root canal done here, and I can confidently say the doctor is one of the best. He truly knows what he’s doing and always gives honest, helpful advice to his patients entire process was smooth, professional, and handled with great care. I felt comfortable and well-informed every step of the way. Highly recommended!
