The experience my granddaughter received from our recent visit with Dr Hadi was impeccable. He took the time to explain everything in detail. His compassion and professionalism was comforting. His expertise was definitely apparent by the results of the dental procedure he did on my granddaughter. We highly recommend Serene Dental. From the receptionist to the dentist and those in between made the entire experience more than amazing.
Dr Hadi, is a fantastic dentist, a very kind person, not in a rush . He was very reassuring. I’m very afraid of dentists to the point I would cancel at least five times before I’d go. Had a root canal treatment done, the whole experience was pleasant, smooth and the procedure was painless. The entire staff including Dr Hadi put you at ease and constantly check if you’re doing okay and answer any questions you have. Overall a great experience!
I was impressed by the amazingly friendly and genuine customer service right from the start when dealing with the lovely receptionist Cindy.
