I had a painful tooth infection and called Serene Dental for an emergency appointment—they were able to take me in just 15 minutes before closing. Both doctors stayed late to treat me, even after the clinic had already closed. Their patience and care meant a lot, especially during such a stressful moment. I had an excellent experience at Serene Dental Clinic. Madison, the dental hygienist, took wonderful care of me during my appointment. She explained everything clearly, made sure I was comfortable, and kept the conversation engaging throughout. Afterward, Dr. Shawn Hadi came by to check in and personally addressed all my questions. Got two extractions done… Dr. Hadi was so good and professional…. Helped me going through whole process while explaining the procedure… The staff were friendly, professional, and made me feel completely comfortable. Highly recommended ✌️
Can't say enough good things about Dr. Hadi. He's professional, gentle, soft spoken and professional. He took the time to sit and explain procedure options and actually listened and addressed my concerns. I have to give HUGE thumbs up for San, the Hygienist...he is AMAZING! I mean AMAZING!
