I wanted to share my care with Secure Dental in Murfreesboro. From the moment you walk in you are greeted with kindness and a very inviting lobby. Dr Patel goes out of her way to make you comfortable with all modern equipment. Her staff is so friendly and work to get the care you need without the fear of going to the dentist. The male hygienist was very caring and easy to talk to. I highly recommend them. Check them out on Thomson Lane just past the hospital.
Dr. Patel is truly top-tier. Her knowledge, expertise, and professionalism are unmatched, and it's clear she genuinely cares about her patients. If I had found a dentist like her years ago, my teeth would be in much better shape today. The entire staff is just as impressive. If you are a person of color please stay away from this place. While I was sitting in their waiting area completing paperwork, a conversation started, by a Caucasian young man working the front desk, was about George Washington’s teeth not being wooden. There was a Hispanic lady that was quite confused as to why this was a thing. However, the dentist, who was Indian joined in the conversation. This lovely group of dentist professionals are exceptional! I have white collar syndrome ,pretty much bad dental anxiety ,and when I walked into this office Dr .Patel and her assistant took great care of me immediately! I am actually looking forward to getting my procedures done in time for a major travel business opportunity! I had an amazing experience here. It was honestly the best dental experience I’ve had. They charged me reasonably with my insurance while other dentists tried to overcharge me before. They did quick and amazing work. Other dentists would take sooo long on a filing for me and were rude to me. The dentist that did my cleaning and filling I want to thank her.
