I am a regular two-times-a-year check-up gal. I’ve had cavities, clear braces, root canals, and regular cleaning at over a dozen dentists over my life because I move a lot. Secure Dental is one of the good ones. I really appreciate how much the team communicates, checks in on your comfort during the appointment, and makes clear distinctions between what is needed and what is an optional upsell. I had a very pleasant experience while visiting the office. Everyone is very friendly. The Office atmosphere is pleasant is open is spacious is bright is clean. It smells pleasant. Everyone is professional. The dentist is very kind. She’s patient she’s gentle she’s professional. I just love it there. I would recommend this dentist office to your friends and family in a heartbeat.
I just had my first appointment with the dentist. I have to say all of the staff was extremely kind and patient. Dr. Hope provided all the information I needed, and clearly explained the options I had concerning a tooth that could possibly need a root canal. Overall my experience was excellent and I am so happy to have started receiving dental care here.
Beware that the business is a very early adopter of AI technology. They might show you a computer generated image of yourself to sell more services, and may use AI note taking to record and strengthen their sales pitch. Their recommendations are therefore less based on dental training and actual experience and more whatever the algorithm says. It's something to think about when getting medical care.
The one and only doctor there I believe her name is Dr. noon is terrible. She literally botched my mouth put feelings in my teeth teeth Haven’t been the same since very sensitive. She pulled two of my teeth. I thought I was about to die very sloppy work very unprofessional.
