I was hesitant to switch to a new dentist but finally took the leap & I was not disappointed! Dr. Learn is a wonderful dentist & I appreciate that his staff values our time as well. I hate to mention Covid but it is no secret that it has negatively impacted customer service in many areas. I've been coming to this office for a while, and I have to say the dental hygienists are fantastic—thorough, gentle, and professional. However, my experience with the dentist has been disappointing. Instead of focusing on my dental health, it often feels like I’m being given a sales pitch for Invisalign rather than receiving personalized care. I appreciate recommendations for treatments when they are necessary, but I don’t want to feel like a customer being upsold. I am not just a wallet.
I am generally fearful of the dentist and Covid gave me an excuse not to go. However, 4 years of absence caused me incredible pain from untreated cavities. I had to find a dentist . Dr Learns practice is near my house, so made an appointment. Walking in for my appointment , I was carrying shame that I let my teeth get so bad and fear that I would get a dentist lecture.
