My dentist and hygienist do the best job possible to make EVERY trip worry and pain free…..while providing exceptional, professional and personal service. And this is saying VOLUMES from someone who has always been afraid of getting teeth work done. THANK YOU
3 days before my first appointment, which I had to wait one month, the receptionist called me saying that the appointment was canceled and that there was no other doctor available to meet me. Also she said that the next appointment available would be in 3 weeks after, no cancellation list and no exceptions… Besides, since the first call the receptionist was being dismissive and a bit racist towards me over the phone… They should review their cancellation policy and verify better corrective action in other to treat patients ... read more
Friendly efficient reception staff. My hygienist, Karrie is diligent, friendly and caring. My Dentist Anne Kwan has been my dentist since she came to Saugeen Shores, initially in Southampton and now at this office. She is caring, friendly and compassionate.
Absolutely amazing dental office, so friendly, kind and attentive. My son has some special needs and they were so great with him. From the ipads at the entry way to the TV screens, the welcoming front desk and the amazing hygienists and dentists everything was so great.
