The office is very inviting and staff is very friendly ~ very important to me since dental surgery was somewhat intimidating. All staff, from front office to surgeon and assistants, took time to answer my questions and put me at ease. My molar extraction and bone graft went very smoothly and I experienced no pain. I am writing this on my teenage son’s behalf after an exceptional experience at Sacramento Valley Dental Specialists. We specifically researched and decided on Dr. Dana Jensen, and he lived up to his reputation. Dr. Jensen is professional, amazing, and soft-spoken; he explained everything clearly and answered every question we had regarding the procedure. We had a very pleasant experience with Sac Valley Dental. My daughter had 4 wisdoms extracted by Dr. Nojoumi. I was nervous about the procedure and the preoperative medications that would be used. I sincerely appreciated Dr. Nojoumi taking the time to listen to my concerns and answer my questions. He didn't rush me, nor did he dismiss my concerns. y'all this place rocks. I got all four wisdom teeth out with local anesthesia, so i was awake for the whole thing. Dr Luke Vera and the assistants (im so sorry I didnt get the name of the assistants who were there, too, but they were so nice. always love to the assistants and techs just as much as the surgeons and doctors fr) were SO NICE!! all the googling saying it would take 30-60 minutes for the operation? maaaan, the actual procedure took like 15 minutes for me. Dr Vera and the staff were fabulous. I was very nervous getting my last impacted wisdom tooth out and I had been in pain leading up to my consultation. He had such a calming demeanor and the staff were all very professional and warm. You can tell they’re compassionate and understanding which means a lot as a human being. Dr Vera recommended a bone graft to support the tooth next to the impacted wisdom tooth. They managed to get me in that very week.
